Layers are the lid tray plus the drawers: 2 layers is the tray and one drawer, 5 layers adds four drawers, and 6 layers adds five.
Does the black box come in 2 layers?
No. The 2-layer box comes in white only; black is available in 5 or 6 layers.
How big is it?
The 5-layer box is about 9.8" x 5.9" x 9.6" (25 x 15 x 24.5 cm). Packed cartons run smaller for 2 layers and larger for 6.
Is the window glass?

It looks simple yet upscale on my vanity, and once everything is put away my desk feels instantly tidier - it has plenty of capacity to hold all my accessories.
