How is it powered?
By a built-in rechargeable lithium battery. It charges through the USB-C port on the base and can stay lit while it charges.
Is it bright enough for makeup?
No. The Stella is a 2 W accent lamp meant for atmosphere on a vanity or nightstand. For makeup, pair it with one of our lighted mirrors.
What is the difference between the shapes?
Only the acrylic panel changes. The star is 6.3" (16 cm) wide, the full moon a 5.5" (14 cm) disc, and the crescent about 7.1" (18 cm) tall, all on the same gold base.
What is in the box?
The lamp. It charges through a USB-C port on the base with any standard USB-C cable.
What are the shipping and return terms?

This is honestly a great nightstand night light - it works so well as both a light and a decorative piece. So nice! It's slightly darker than the photos, still pretty though.
Nightstand lamp, the first time I saw this lamp I fell in love with it. The shape and the light feel really unique. After bringing it home and putting it on the nightstand, it's not harsh on the eyes at all, the light is very soft. I wish the cord was a foot longer for my nightstand setup, but I love the look regardless.
